That moment when …

…  you panic because something you didn’t expect to happen happened.

That moment when words cut like a knife and slice through to your very core.

That moment when your heart shatters into a million pieces that will never be put together quite the same way they were before.

That moment when there’s absolutely nothing you can do but accept that everything is exactly the way it should be.

That moment when you understand you’ve been here before and will be here again as long as you keep living and loving.

That moment when the only way to break the cycle is to turn and face your fears.

That moment when you shake the chicken shit off the wings of your soul and soar to meet the angel within.

That moment when releasing the outcome is the only option you have left.

That moment when you know that all those moments that came before have led you to this moment.

That moment when panic turns to peace.

Cherish it.

Because in an instant, it can be gone.
